We are looking for a driven and organized Coordinator to help support our Talent Acquisition teams! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition Teams and will develop working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and other Vivint employees who participate in the interviewing/hiring process. The right candidate for the role will demonstrate adaptability, intentionality, an eagerness to build strong relationships, and a commitment to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards.
  • Manage job listing accounts (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.)
  • Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Assist with a variety of additional tasks, including travel & expense support, presentations, recruiting events, and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with the new hire training team to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting through onboarding.
  • Assist with a variety of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to support the development of an exemplary recruiting function. Maintain a positive and mature demeanor with the ability to interact with senior leaders.
  • Anticipate needs of the team and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise

Qualifications & Skillset:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordinating supporting in a professional environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Familiarity with recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS software (Workday or SuccessFactors preferred).
  • The flexibility to handle simultaneous projects with moving parts in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Comfort in working with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and adapt to change
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
