How will you make a difference to PMI?

We are looking for a Community Communications Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Community Marketing & Communications team, with a focus on internal communications coordination. Responsibilities include internal SharePoint administration, monitoring community platforms, communications administration, event coordination, digital communications creation, and infrastructure support.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Support the Community Marketing & Communications team, with a primary focus on internal communications.
  • Serve as a SharePoint administrator, including page design and creation, site analysis, metrics tracking, comment moderation, and monitoring.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint pages, ensuring design and formatting consistency.
  • Post and format SharePoint articles regularly, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Monitor SharePoint platforms, ensuring timely updates and content moderation.
  • Update process library and upload monthly documents to SharePoint.
  • Coordinate virtual meetups and in-person events, supporting with logistics, presentations, and sending out invites.
  • Manage newsletter administration, including content import, testing, sending, and measurement.
  • Support with digital infrastructure updates, such as PMI signatures and distribution lists.
  • Maintain and update the company calendar with relevant events and milestones.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role, preferably with exposure to SharePoint administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft 365 app and platform experience preferred (SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Viva Engage, etc)
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
